Our Point Pleasant neighborhood is located on the Manatee River, with convenient access to the beaches and attractions of Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota. Our Westminster Towers, Westminster Shores, and Westminster Courtyard buildings are located at Point Pleasant. The Courtyard offers a select number of monthly rental apartments for seniors without the Life Plan contract entrance fee.
