What does my Entrance Fee cover and how does it benefit me?

Your one-time entrance fee provides three important benefits to you and the community at large – plus a portion of it is tax deductible the year that you move in. First, the entrance fee supports lifetime, priority access to our quality, on-site health services continuum. This includes assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative services. Residents receive discounts of 15% to 20% on these services.

Second, your residency contract includes access to our benevolent assistance program. As a not-for-profit organization, our emphasis is on our Mission of service. This means that should you outlive your resources through no fault of your own, you will be able to continue to reside here. Finally, your entrance fee helps support cultural, lifelong learning and wellness amenities such as gathering spaces, restaurant-style dining, pools, fitness centers, and more. In short, your entrance fee helps ensure a beautiful and engaging place to live today and into the future.

What is included in the Monthly Services Fee?

It is tempting to compare your monthly services fees to a mortgage, but a new residence is just the beginning of all you gain at our Orlando senior living community. At Westminster Towers, your monthly bills for insurance, taxes, security, home repairs, and lawn care – just to name a few – are replaced by one, convenient monthly services fee.

This covers all interior maintenance, most utilities depending on the residence you choose, security, chef-prepared dining options, experienced staff focused on your well-being, scheduled transportation, a staffed fitness center with classes, a swimming pool, a putting green, shuffleboard courts, and an endless choice of lifelong learning classes, events, trips, resident-run clubs, and more!
