I love many things about Westminster but the fitness program is the highlight for me. There are many group exercise classes that include strength, flexibility, balance, yoga, Pilates, boxing, water aerobics, tennis, pickleball, and qigong. Classes are organized to match ability and interest. You can also get personal individual training where the instructor develops a program to match your capabilities.
