Westminster Oaks is proud to be home to Tallahassee’s only memory support center modeled on the nationally acclaimed household design. Seniors with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia live in one of 32 private apartments that open onto home-like living areas, complete with an open kitchen and a large, shaded patio and courtyard with sensory garden.

Residents of the Westminster Oaks Memory Support Center gain access to our continuum of quality nursing care and rehabilitation services.
Our Bertrand Health Care Center holds the prestigious Joint Commission’s Gold Seal for National Quality Approval. If needed, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy services are all available right on campus. Scheduled transportation and home care support are also available. Earning the LeadingAge Southeast 2026 Volunteers of the Year Award, Sparklers unites trained independent living volunteers with residents of memory support, where they serve as dedicated advocates, companions, and friends.
