Westminster Oaks is proud to be home to Tallahassee’s only secure Memory Support center with an innovative household design. Seniors with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia live in one of 32 private apartments that open onto home-like living areas, complete with an open kitchen and a large, shaded patio and courtyard with sensory garden. Our unique Montessori-based wellness program utilizes innovative technology and sensory engagement. Our Small Bites dining program offers artfully designed, tempting choices aimed at maximizing independence and stimulating appetite.

Our Bertrand Health Care Center holds the prestigious 2025 Joint Commission’s Gold Seal for National Quality Approval. If needed, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy services are all available right on campus. Scheduled transportation and home care support are also available.
