Hank guides the overall management and strategic planning for Westminster Communities of Florida. A Certified Public Accountant and University of Florida alumnus, Hank’s impressive career with Westminster spans over three decades, serving as Chief Financial Officer before becoming Chief Executive Officer. In 2021, his extraordinary advocacy for older adults earned him LeadingAge Florida’s Advocate of the Year Award. Hank’s unwavering dedication, deep industry expertise and extensive knowledge reflect his profound commitment to our mission and senior living.

Garry joined Westminster in 2011 and oversees all daily operations. He brings a wealth of expertise, with more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles for not-for-profit, mission-driven organizations. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, holds a bachelor’s degree in health planning administration, and pursued graduate studies in Health Services Administration. Garry served as LeadingAge Southeast Chair of the Board of Trustees, and is a recipient of the LeadingAge Florida Distinguished Service Award. His dedication to the older adults we serve ensures our communities operate with the highest standards of care.

Jennifer guides all financial operations for Westminster. Since joining the organization in 2009, she advanced through senior financial roles, demonstrating expertise in financial reporting, cash management, and process improvement. She oversees financial planning, budgeting, reporting, risk management, asset safeguarding and managing audits and investments. Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Whittier College. Her unwavering commitment and strong leadership are vital to the organization’s ongoing success.

Amanda is instrumental in shaping Westminster’s welcoming and supportive workplace culture. She has a deep understanding of our organization, having held various leadership roles, including Executive Director, Regional Director, Director of Culture and Mission Integration, and Vice President of Human Resources. With this diverse experience, Amanda expertly guides our Human Resources department, spearheading advancements in benefits, policies and technology that directly benefit team members.

Since joining in 2014, Jim has been instrumental in driving operational excellence at Westminster Communities of Florida, fostering strong teams and spearheading key project developments. His deep understanding of effective management, honed through a bachelor’s degree in business management from DeSales University, and his licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator, allows him to expertly guide initiatives and contribute significantly to the organization’s success.
