- Westminster Shores (St. Petersburg): Waterfront senior living is expanding with two new residential apartment buildings and a modern assisted living building situated directly along Tampa Bay.
- Westminster Suncoast (St. Petersburg): To support families seeking specialized care, a new, secure memory support center will be constructed adjacent to the existing health center, offering personalized memory care in a warm, homelike environment.
- Westminster Palms (St. Petersburg): Conveniently located near vibrant downtown St. Petersburg, this community will welcome a new independent living residential apartment building alongside the conversion of skilled nursing accommodations into enhanced assisted living suites.
Bradenton Senior Living
- Westminster Bradenton (Bradenton): A new residential living and lifestyle amenities building will be added to this picturesque waterfront Life Plan Community, paired with infrastructure upgrades and campus enhancements across nearby sister locations.
What’s Next: Timeline and Future Phasing
Preliminary approval for tax-exempt bond financing was secured through the Florida Local Government Finance Commission, with final closing projected for December. Work on individual campus phases will roll out sequentially following final financing closings and local municipal approvals.
