The Cost of Home Ownership
While your home may be mortgage-free, the costs of ownership are not. From a new roof to appliances and insurance, the expenses add up. When you compare those costs to our monthly fee, you may be surprised to find they are comparable or even less. And with discounted rates on future assisted living and health services, along with benevolent care, you’ll gain a level of financial security that homeownership can’t provide. We encourage you to try the financial calculator tool below to see how we fit into your budget.

We Honor Your Service
- Honorable Service Grant: Through Westminster Communities Foundation we offer members of the clergy and those who have worked in the church reductions of up to 15 percent on entrance fees.
- Distinguished Service Award: This community-supported incentive honors United States military veterans, as well as such public servants as teachers, police officers, and other first responders.
In addition, all Life Plan Community residents are eligible for our Benevolent Assistance program should you outlive your resources through no fault of your own. It’s our way of continuing to support those who have given so much to others.
