Our community is still under evacuation order by Pinellas County. We have heard this morning that water has been shut off by the City of St. Petersburg, and there may be no electrical service. Much of the city has suffered significant storm damage. At this time we must remain at our evacuation sites until it is safe to return home.
The Assisted Living and Nursing Care residents who evacuated with us are doing well. Spirits are high among residents and team members, and we have power and supplies. We are thankful to those who are assisting us: Legacy Pointe in Orlando, Mease Life in Dunedin, Orlando Lutheran Towers, Westminster Lakeland and Westminster Baldwin Park.
